開発試作アリスは、透明切削モデルを得意としています。
現在は、ポリカーボネート（ＰＣ）の可視化モデルを
ＣＮＣマシニングセンタで切削加工して製作中。
３Ｄデータの修正や変更があるのと、機械加工時間 や
磨きに時間がかかる大きなサイズです。
カタログ撮影用で、展示サンプルとして活用されます。
オートモ―ディブやシロモノ家電やデジタル家電、
アミューズメントの試作品やや文具製作用ライン治具
などを現在製作中のモノ。
その他、電子機器、健康機器、医療機器、介護機器など
幅広く開発試作を行っております。

開発試作アリスは、イベントでの展示ディスプレイスタンドを 製作しています。
人は第一印象で決める。
最初にマイナスイメージを与えてしまうと、それから30分間以上
話を しないと与えた印象は消えない。
その大きな影響を与える需要な第一印象。
◇視覚情報＝５５％（見た目・表情・視線・しぐさ・ジェスチャーなど）
◇聴覚情報＝３８％（声のトーン・速さ・大きさ・口調など）
◇言語情報＝７％（言語情報：言葉そのものの意味・話の内容など）
といった比率で重要だという。
有名な「メラビアンの法則」です。
思うより第一印象が大切なようです。

数年前に考えて製作した「カメウサギ」です。
カメのように実直でコツコツ進む。 でも、ノロマでは敗北するのでウサギのようにスピーディーに。 それを理想にしています。

中小企業は設立から10年で倒産する確率90%超！
広告で使われている過酷な「生存率」が気になったので、調べてみました。
【会社生存率】
国税庁が調査した「中小企業が設立から倒産するまでの期間をまとめたデータのこと。
•１年：40％ •５年：15％ •10年：6％ •20年：0.3％ •30年：0.02％ ※ネット参照。
なるほど。
銀行さんや信用金庫さんから聞くイメージ通りです。
アリスは2012年9月に起業。
2014年1月に株式会社アリスに法人化しました。 起業からは、7年と5ヵ月。 株式会社としては、6年と1ヵ月が経過しています。

5年：15％はクリアしました。
今は、10年：6％に挑んでいます。
法人としての長期計画を12年周期として、前期となる6年が完了。
不思議なんですが、、前期と同じことをしていては生き残れない状況になっています。
私は年齢的に、20年：0.3％のクリアまで楽しめます。
まずは長期計画の後期を生き残っていく事に集中したいと思います。

東大阪切削試作アリスではアルミ、銅、真鍮などの金属素材や
PBT、PPS、TPX、PSU、ジュラトロン、ポリカ、CFRPなどの
プラスチック樹脂素材で、試作品、治具、部品を製作しています。
開発試作アリスは、「あたらしい」にチャンレンジします！！
どんなことでも、「あたらしい」にチャレンジするのは大変なこと。
できれば、今まで慣れたパターンで日々を過したい。 だって「あたらしい」にトライすると、うまくいかなくって不安に なったり、自分は今まで何をしてきたんだろうって落ち込むことも。

Here I would inform you about the detail
of the information that we need for estimating
the price of the prototypes or products or
the cost for pilot manufacturing, etc.
when we accept your order.
Generally we need the following items of information
of the prototype or product to be manufactured.
1. Name
2. Materials
3. Numbers required
4. Form and size
5. End use/application of the prototype/product
or the purpose of the manufacture
6. Environmental/atmospheric conditions for use
The item 4 includes the 3D or 2D data or the drawing
of the prototype/product.
Dimensional tolerance should be included
in the data or drawing, if necessary.
The drawing may be hand-drawn which clearly shows
the form and size of the prototype/product.
The item 5 includes the purposes, such as checkup for mechanical design,
checkup for form or design, mass production trial and mass production.
If you order mass production trial or mass production of a product,
we need to know the size of one production lot and
the total amount of the production.
The item 6 includes the conditions, such as an upper temperature limit
where the prototype/product is used and the possibility
of the prototype/product to be subjected to organic solvents.

生産キャパシティーの大幅アップ

キャパシティーが大幅にアップ。
予定よりかなり早く完成していきます。 アルミや銅、PP(GF30%）やPBT（GF30%)、PPS(GF40%)、POM(黒)や POM(N)などの切削加工が終わりました。 チタンやPETも加工済み。 各種材料で創る治具一式も完成して発送済み。 PC（透明）やA2017の加工を残すのみ。 磨きや仕上もスピーディーになりました。
